I am looking at purchasing an ownership from a private owner. Does anyone know what questions I need to ask the owner or Diamond Resorts about what benefits transfer and what do not transfer to a new owner? Any contact information or details would be helpful. Thank you so much.

What are you buying points or week? How much are you paying for it check on ebay to see what it is worth. If this your first time share read more about time shares on this Time share forum first.

You will only get the benefit of a week. Points do not transfer over. You will not be able to be a Club member with the benefits of using other Diamond resorts properties. In order to do that you will need to buy points and join the Club.
