New Diamond Locations?

Has anybody heard any rumors of new Diamond Resorts or new resorts being added to the 'Collection' on the East coast?

Some friends heard that Diamond is looking at acquiring a resort in the Poconos. It could verywell be a rumor, but would sure like to see more resorts in the the central/Northern East coast area (besides Williamsburg).

Yes. And how about Myrtle Beach. Everyone else has them there. In addition the gulf coast would be great.

Yes - I would LOVE to see Diamond purchase a Poconos resort. OTOH - Being so close to the Poconos, I've seen most of them, and they would need ALOT of updating. I see a big increase in MFs in the future if this happens....

I hope that rumor is true.The Poconos would be great. So would Virginia Beach, Myrtle Beach, and New York City. Let us know if you hear anything else.

The only caveat to all this may be that availability may be very limited. DRI touts they have new resorts in the New England area, but they are almost impossible to get into. Lets hope that the next purchase on the East Coast really gives owners opportunities to use the units.

I have seen slightly more avaiability in New England on Diamond recently. More owners at those resorts must be joining the club.

I think DRI's The Club is up to 177 locations...is that still accurate?
