There may be a few more on site features (very few) BUT you give up much better spots for overall access at GB & CPR - and you're giving up the planned community aspect of CPR/CPGV that makes it a joy to park your car, enjoy the resort & virtually any service you want within a short walk as well as 10-15 tops to any of the parks. MD can't offer that and the few on site feayures pale by comparison. I prefer professional places operated by owners that do it for a living over resort operated things that usually aren't up to those levels of quality & service.

MD is nice but the location is a big negative compared to the others mentioned.

I've never stayed at Cypress Pointe, but the Mystic Dune location is actually better than Grand Beach in my opinion and it's a far nicer resort. From Grand Beach, the traffic on 535 is a bear, even though the distance is short. Sheraton Vistana is across the street from Grand Beach but you can make a right turn out of it and get easier access to the parks.

From Mystic Dunes, the short trip on 192 is the only potential for holdup and it's only at the worst times of the night after park closing. Mystic Dunes to the Animal Kingdom via Sherbeth Rd is 10 or less minutes. To the Magic Kingdom, maybe 15 minutes. The distance to Epcot and Typhoon Lagoon may be a little greater than from Grand Beach, but lots less traffic lights, so it's a bit quicker.

I do not see this as an option online. How do you see the availability?
