Owner update question

Hey guys,

My wife and bought into dri, in April, we stayed at greensprings resort in williamsburg over the weekend and attended the owner update. It was only supposed to be an hour but turned into three. They eventually brought out offers for more points, but we declined. They had us sign the "your never going to get this again" sheet. Now we are wondering if its true that we won't get any offers like that again, or is it a scare tactic. Do they do this at every presentation?

Usually, yes. Don't worry you'll get the offers again if you decide to attend.

That's one of the biggest sales tactics to make you feel like a fool for turning down their offer. The sales people at Greensprings and Powhatan are the worst I've ever encountered. They are quite pushy - to say the least. No amount of incentive is worth attending these presentations. In the future, just say no to any "offers" to owner updates. If there's anything worthwhile, you'll probably hear about it on this forum.
