Where to sell points

Does anyone know of good sites to list my points. The last post regarding this subject is a few years old so I don't know if it's still valid.

I simply can't afford these maintenance fees anymore so I'm looking to offload my points for very cheap. I read that we should never list with a company that requires fees up front so I'm a bit lost as to which place would be good and if there really is anyone that buys these things.

What kind of points, how many, home resort, annual maintenance fees? That will help people give you more accurate adviice.

Like many people posting on the site lately, I'm in the wonderful (sarcasm) DRI Hawaii collection. I've got 12k points that usually are about $1800/yr but there's an additional $2k this year because of that water damage assessment.
