Remember that this Member Association represents about 40% of the ownership at Point at Poipu. Any effort to challenge management at Pointe at Poipu isn't likely to go anywhere without support from this Board of Directors.
Dear Diamond Resorts Hawaii Collection Member,
The Annual Meeting of the Diamond Resorts Hawaii Collection Members Association was held on October 25, 2011. At the meeting, incumbent directors Jim Granucci and Kathy Wheeler were re-elected to the Board of Directors.
Since retiring as a police chief with 36 years in law enforcement, Mr. Granucci, MPA, has run the forensics lab (CSI) serving several counties in the San Francisco Bay Area. His expertise includes transitional development, enhancing diversity and ethical practices, and organizational change toward growth. He comes to Diamond Resorts with skills and knowledge gained from his involvement on many non-profit boards, years of enjoyment of Club Sunterra, and professional experience in management, personnel, and problem solving.
Ms. Wheeler is a Vice President with the Homeowners Association Division of Diamond Resorts International®. She has been with Diamond Resorts for 12 years and has a strong background in accounting. Additionally, she works closely with all of the departments that assist with the operations of the resorts, including budgeting and cost analysis. She currently serves on several HOA boards.
