Can someone please tell me what Sunterra's reservation cancellation policy is currently?

Cancellation Guidelines
- 0% loss of SunOptions if cancelled 365-60 days prior to arrival date
- 25% loss of SunOptions if cancelled 59-30 days prior to arrival date
- 50% loss of SunOptions if cancelled 29-14 days prior to arrival date
- 100% loss of SunOptions if cancelled 13-0 days prior to arrival date

RRP Reservation Protection Plan -
We encourage our members to purchase reservation protection at the time of booking. Purchasing the Reservation Protection Plan will ensure 100% reimbursement of the SunOptions charged for the reservation should you need to cancel up to 72 hours prior to arrival date. Members may purchase the Reservation Protection Plan, only at the time of booking, for $35.]

*RPP discounts for some levels of Elite membership
**RPP really doesn't do much good for reservations late in the year as you then can't save the points and there's nothing left to reserve if you had some other place you wanted to go.
