Diamond Resorts is taking away the reservation window that we've had since the 90's. We go through this every time they change their management company. Grrrrrrr.

I'm looking for other weeks owners as we mount a campaign to address the board.

just had nightmare banking exchange for next year.own diamond week at grand villas now can only reserve 360 days in advance,in order to bank with RCI they choose which diamond week not you:result less trading power with RCI.notice though exchanges are in RCI system 18 months in advance,who has banked these,certainly not owners.have sent 2 emails to DRI asking for answers and as yet still no reply,will keep trying.would love to be involved in campaign.all I want is what I bought into,the choice to pick the week i wish to bank with RCI if I am prepared to pay maintenance 12 months in advance after all it makes no difference if I visit resort or bank it,I still own 1 week a year and as such should be allowed to make this choice,
i have been an owner since 1997 and this new system sucks
