Does anyone happen to know Stephen Cloobeck's email address.
I have a situation with redeeming points certificates from chase cards and can't seem to get a straight answer from anyone.
The Club Sales and Marketing group took down my info and said they would have the appropriate department call....that was over a week ago.

I think I read somewhere Cloobeck answers all his emails.

I don't have S.J.Cloobeck's address, however, if you log into the member area and go to contact us, near the bottom of the page is a link that says it goes to him.
