Diamond no longer offering point insurance?

Just got off the phone with a Diamond rep. I had purchased the annual point insurance last year, and I was told that they are no longer offering point insurance? Has anyone else heard this? Did I miss some notification?

I have it automatically for reservations 5000pts and under with Platinum level, but also bought the annual plan for larger reservations. I haven't seen anything on this.

On the website under money matters there is a subsection that indicates that annual reservation is available.
