Sunterra Sales Pitch

My question is for Spence or anyone who has been through a Sunterra sales tour lately.

I went through a sales pitch in April and they presented Sunterra as being the LARGEST timeshare company. I think this is true with regard to the number of resort locations.

Since then, it's been learned that Sunterra may sell off their European inventory. I was just wondering if they've modified their sales material or are they continuing to sell by claiming an advantage of having the most resorts to choose from?

They still get me for 'updates' once in awhile, but by the time I get there they've figured out who I am and I don't get the normal pitch and I see the top manager right away. Last time I was there they brought people in on their day off to see me. I don't know what their claim to BIG is whether it's number of resorts or number of owner families. They can certainly keep pitching whatever they want as there has been no sale. They will probably keep pitching whatever they are even with a sale.... there's been no change since they 'lost' management of Sunterra Pacific aka Vacation Internationale, they still pitch VI's resorts even though availability is EXTREMELY limited.

Doesn't Fairfield have the greatest number of members? I think they have over 500K.

No I don't mean that, I own more than most other owners. I've not heard their claim so I don't pontificate on it.
