There is an auction on e-bay for a 2 bedroom Poipu Point (Sunterra), that is up to $13,200. What is so special about this resort? As cheap as most e-bay sales go for, this seems very expensive. What am I missing?

Maybe someone really wants that reserved New Years week. Costs 14,000 SunOptions to reserve a 2BR POV at Poipu Point for a Holida/Peak week. You can buy 14,000 through Holiday Group for $7000 or less with MFs about the same.

I don't, but chances are, any eBay seller with volume is party to a PC Co.
