4BR went up to ~$930 incl $5 ARDA. You can extrapolate everything else from there based on what you know of last year's rates. There are no 1BR MFs. Units sold at Powhatan were/are 2BRLO (2x1BR); 3BR; 4BRLO. Of course there are now Deluxe 4BRLO but they're sold only as points in the Trust.

3BR POW Maint Fees

Apparently there are two different flavors of 3BR units at Powhatan. Its a long story, but I now own one of each.

Flavor #1 is the standard 3BR which rates 9500 points for a holiday week. Flavor #2 is a 3BR lockout unit which rates 11,500 points for the same week. Maint fees are $670.86 and $782.19 respectively for 2008.

I know this because of calling the MF Dept (offline suggestion from Spence) - thanks!

Many people confuse the terminology at Powhatan. The correct terminolgy for what you have is a 2BR lockoff. This is the same foot print/square footage as the "Single 8" 3BR but is two 1BR units A&B. A is the ground floor with hot tub and B is the convoluted upstairs with a loft. In the old days before the current refurb cycle the B unit slept 6, now there's no sofa bed, just the loft.

I just got my MF notice on Monday in the snail mail. It was just as I suspected based on Spence's post above.
