Sunterra priority period??

Can any Sunterra owners see the big bulk banking of Point at Poipu or Kaanapali Beach Club weeks Faust posted over here (http://www.timeshareforums.com/forum...-2008-a.html)? We're trying to determine if there is a Sunterra priority period like Marriott, Starwood) or if seeing these weeks is restricted to owners at those resorts only.
