Advice on some unused points?

After saving points and making all the reservations I can for this year, I still have 275 unused points for 2007. I realize that is not a lot of points, but if there is anything I can do to put them towards good use, I'm open to suggestions?

The only thing you can do is make a reservation between now and the end of the year.

Well, I kind of figured as much, but I thought I would post and see if there were any other options. I already have a reservation for December so I guess this will serve as a lesson learned.

I'm still very much wet behind the ears on all of this, but I am learning quickly thanks to everyone's help and posts here.

To be successful in this timeshare game, my opinion is try to plan more in advance as often as possible (knowing not always possible). For example, I only have 600pts left for 2008 and I know I will likely push that to 2009 for a two or three week Maui trip.

Couldn't you just rollover the excess points to next year for future reservations?

When we bought our at Grandview, the sales person said as long we use some of the points the remainder will just rollover to next year. if not, we can request to rollover for a $26 fee.
