There are sometimes some very nice resorts (and there are dogs). Why are there dogs? Well that salesman is trying to make the deal and promises to allow you to 'bank' your current resort on an annual basis in exchange for points. There are 'nominal' fees for doing this each year. My understanding is that only 10% of those that have the agreement signed at purchase actually bank each year. And supposedly 95% of that that goes into the bank is used.
