if I choose the 'elite member' option and enter my phone # and zip code, I get long silence. If I choose regular club member, I get a busy signal.

I seen this many times over the past month.

Yes, many problems with India call Center

We've had much of the same the past couple months. I've even gone through the Spanish prompt (knowing they must speak English as well) and any combination of prompts just to get to a person...seems they're still in India as of last week, but know they're moving to U.S. very soon. Perhaps they are now in transition. They don't seem to acknowledge any phone problems when you do reach them. Try their new phone number: 1-877.DRI.CLIB as well. That was changing over as well, and was offered on my last conversation. Wishing you luch and a sane and healthy New Year!
