My Itinerary in the New Web Site

I have a reservation for two weeks in Paris, under the old Sunterra web site.

In the new Diamond web site, there is nothing in my open itinerary.

Is there any way I can retrieve my reservation confirmation? I believe Diamond will honour my Paris reservation. Am I too naive? I don't feel comfortable when the confirmed reservation is not shown online in my account.

I've had lots of problems with the new web site. I am sure that your reservation is secure, to console yourself just give THE Club a call when they are open.
