normally just $98/night? Wow that is inexpensive versus some other resorts I have seen outside DRI (like Marriott's or even DRI's Tahoe Vacation Resort). What percentage of DRI's suites are normally about $100/nite?

Wow that is a good offer we are at Powhatan right now in a new deluxe 2 bedroom downstairs unit. Plasmas in all the rooms hardwood floors stainless steel appliances and a new hot tub. Very nice I can't see how anyone could prefer Greensprings or any other timeshare in Williamsburg when comparing to these units!

Although I haven't seen the deluxe units outside of January but I did notice you can rent them online, I wonder if the new units are being used to bring in new members.

Do they anything that you can play music on? CD player/stereo/Ipod station?

Last time I was there there wasn't even a clock radio.

Sedona Summit sets the standard for 'levels.' Powhatan has two now; Polo has the Suites and then the Villas; Sedona Summit has regular/original, 'Mesa,' and 'Sunset.'

Not that it makes much diference but the Suites and the Villa's are actually two different resorts with two seperate HOA/BOD's and seperate MF billings. They just happen to share a common building.

I can see a pattern here. Give the old Sunterra members what they're use to and try to bring in new blood using the deluxe units. Hopefully the deluxe units will eventually become the standard for DRI.

You're right, in the context of this thread it makes no difference.

BTW, I heard the Suites' renovations are almost done. That would be a sight to see!
