    Yep - all they do is increase their management fees. The HOAs at their resorts are not going to throw them off the property for raising management fees too high.

      I must say that I am impressed with the new talent that Cloobeck has brought into his organization. If he is putting the duds they are replacing out to pasture instead of creating new positions for them, then the salary issue is not that great. He is likely paying a bit more for the new folks, but probably not that much in the scheme of things. Most of it can come from the salaries of those replaced.

      Sunterra/Diamond's sales in Europe have been dead in the water, with a declining membership and turning those around can generate the funds to pay for new talent.

        Wow all this optimism about changes at the executive level doesn’t mean anything when you can’t get a decent housekeeper to clean the units.

        Its cronyism and won’t change anything at the resort level. Fee are going up and some window dressing is coming and that’s where it will end.
