  • Newbie in need of help

Hello all, I am new to the forum. Have been reading as a guest for a couple of weeks trying to learn. I have purchased a Greensprings wk7 4 br 4 bath resale last fall. I received a call from Greensprings about converting to The Club. They told me my deed wk would be worth 8000 pts. and I could purchase 2000 pts. They said that was the minimum to get into The Club. They were not giving out much info about The Club. Stated when pushed about what I would be getting for 10000 pts. They stated up to 6-7 weeks vacation. That is when the red flag came up. So I started looking around to see if I could find out more info before making any decisions. Back to my original question, The link to sunterra point directory is down. Is there anywhere to see what the point values are for the different sunterra resorts. I'm not about to buy anything if I don't know what it is actually worth. Any help would be appreciated.

    P.S. Sorry for the spelling.

They insinuating that you could book all those weeks at the last minute in the 59day window, it's a bunch of BS. If everyone could do this, their point system would crumble.

Send me and email and I'll send you the points catalog. The link no longer exists because they changed their website and have not reposted the catalog.

Thanks for responding. Email sent. Let me know if you don't get it. I'm still trying to figure this (forum) all out. Thanks again.
