DRI Site - slow sign on ... many timed out sessions

  • DRI Site - slow sign on ... many timed out sessions

    I'm wondering if others have been experiencing some of the same difficulties I have been over the past two or three days with the DRI web site. I am finding it very slow to sign on, I am being timed out quite frequently, losing the connection and hitting walls. Twice I have had reservations freeze at the final step and then time out. When I sign back in I get two reservations and then have to call the call center for corrections. I haven't experienced this in the past. Is this just something on my end?

    I've found, overall, the site to be much speedier and much improved. It now lets you sort your itineraries on any column and does it quite quickly. It used to take me a longgg time to page through and now it's lickity split.

    Sign on is slow and I've had a couple burps at the final stage of a reservation.... once it had booked it yet given me an error to call DRI and once it gave me the same error and it was because avaiability was shown but the unit wasn't contiguous.

    Searches are much faster and it no longer burps by putting in 3day stay when you wanted something else and it gives you the option of putting number of nights or end date.

    I feel your pain, but it's much improved over two weeks ago in my opinion. For me the biggest thing they could do is allow you to put in a guest after the reservation is made, right now you can only enter a guest in the process of booking online.

      Thanks ... my 3 day old problem must have been something on my end or between me and the DRI server ... lightening fast now!

        Well I wouldn't go that far, everything is relative though. I'm getting a lot of errors when I log on and when I get back to the log in page it is already logged on.
