I received that email also, and filled the online application. I was recognized as an owner member, but not a premier member. There is an upgrade button on my screen with a note that I'm eligible for the introductory rate of an upgrade to premier member for an additional $29.95. As in your post, my email also says it's free. Either I read something wrong or did something wrong, or this is another case of misinformation that will involve way too many phone calls or emails back and forth. If you signed up for this, are you getting the premier package? If so, can you see how it differs from my membership level which is "owner"? Thanks! As an Owner member I didn't see anything really new or different, nor significantly discounted rates that were particularly enticing. Did you?
