  • Club Select Deposit Frustration

    We usually deposit our non-DRI Hawaii week into Club. Each year I go thru the same hassle. I had hoped it would be resolved with DRI taking over. Not the case.

    2-19 -- Fax my completed Exchange Form to DRI.

    3-03 -- Call to check status. I'm told form wasn't received. (I believe they
    lost it.)

    3-17 -- Call to check status. Told DRI awaiting confirmation from Hawaii.

    3-24 -- Call to check status. Told Hawaii confirmation still not received.
    Call Hawaii resort. They confirmed 3/19.
    Call DRI with this news. Am told They have only one person
    handling deposits & it will take a few more days to process.


    3-28 -- Receive DRI form letter that deposited week has been processed .
    Call to pay $119 by credit card and am told it will take another
    3-5 working days to complete.
    Again I'm told about the lack of
    personnel to handle the volume of deposits.

    As usual, I've lost a month of trading ability. Why would an organization the size of DRI have only one person handling Club deposits? Do you suggest I send this to Mr. C?? Sorry if I sound frustrated, but I am.

    Send it to whoever in authority you like, maybe Simon Crawford-Welch. That is totally unsatisfactory. I don't think the Club Select inventory is that overwhelming.
