After now having been saved, bailed out, or otherwise being given the most wonderful support and help by so many from the Diamond Vegas reservations team, I think its well enough time to publically give them a high five!

I could name a few names, but I would be leaving out others if I did. Honestly, I've never had a bad or even poor experience with anyone, and I would specifically include Supervisors. More than a fair number of times, help and support has gone far beyond the call - people spending days making a difficult many day reservation, getting that last minute extra day for an existing reservation, coming up with a solution to a problem I never thought of on my own, or correcting a mistake I made bleary eyed at 3am one night.

Thanks gang, for all you do for us. Our entire Diamond Resort experience would be far shade poorer without all your help, support, advice, and magic hands with our reservations. My hat's off to you all. High Five!!!!!

That on thing that I can say is that they have been very good to me and telling me thing that I did no know like how to use II when I first wanted something out side of DRI (when it was Sunterra)and thing are just getting better.
