There is a Forum on the DRI site so that you can ask questions and it looks like a DRI person will answer questions. You have to log on to the site to use it.

It wouldn't do to have a couple of disgruntled posters always taking pot shots at DRI on their own forum would it? After having participated for a little while on one of the DRI European forums, I came to the conclusion that several weren't going to see anything but grey clouds and bad things coming their way. Even though it had only been 8 or 9 months since the buy out a few were extremely vocal about their displeasure in the direction they felt DRI was moving. Some kept the forums busy with idle chit chat that would take quite a bit of time to go through before finding anything of value.
Mr. C had participated on that forum for awhile before becoming frustrated and leaving. I can certainly understand that, if his experience was anything like mine, why he'd have a forum where post were authorized first. Our timeshare and other photo's at http://dougp26364.smugmug.com/

I certainly well understand the need to screen posts first, as unfortunately we have had to implement same here on the "Ask" forums.
I am glad DRI has at least granted that forums to members. It is a smart move and will hopefully help make happy customers.Lawren

It is a good move. If Mr. C truly wants to improve customer service he will place a high value on this site. Both the "bricks" and the "boquets" should be valuable to DRI in its' drive to achieve service improvement. After all, there is no more current or strategic information on customer service improvement opportunities than a direct feed from the customers!
