As a (DRI) Diamond Resorts International (formerly Sunterra) member have you been able to take advantage of this short stay program yet

I've played with it but it is a recent addition and there's not been an opportunity for me to use it. It appears that it is for inventory that is already 'at risk' in the flexchange period and maybe for other areas that are in over supply?
