We own a 2 bedroom trader. I am interested in what you say about getting a 1 bedroom and a studio if a 2 bedroom does not show up. Do you have to see them at the same exact time. Or can you book a 1 bedroom and then see a studio months later and call and try to book it with II by paying another exchange fee.

That's a good question...and I don't know.
I think I would discuss it with II when I was making the original request and see what they say - I suspect the answer would be yes as they make their money by accepting your exchange fee
