SA for The Ridge in Sedona

I have heard they are remodeling the pool there, does anyone know if there will be a special assessment or are the reserves enough to cover the costs.

I don't follow specifics for Ridge but there have been pool problems there for eons, but I had thought they had already been fixed.

I was there at the end of February. The pool behind the administration building was open and they were removing an existing pool across from building 13. They were in the process of doing a total replacement. As an owner there I have heard nothing yet of an SA.
