Benefits of the Club

I own 2 weeks of TS at Cypress Pointe I in Orlando, Florida (one for about two years, and one that is in closing now, all resale). Although there have been Sales People from Sunterra/Diamond Resorts encouraging us to their presentation, I have always resisted attending, as I have all TS Presentations.

Can anyone explain what are the advantages and costs of going with the “Club?”

You should really do to the sales presentation and see what they say. Read all the posts in this forum, twice, then ask your questions.

I would read the forum and then attend a presentation, and then if you decide to join do a straight conversion with no points in the trust.
