Renting a Sunterra points facility

What is the best way to rent out all or part of my points. I have other timeshares which are fixed size and weeks.These are straightforward, but I do not know how to go about this process with a points based property on the TUG classifieds?

Since this is not TUG I can't speak for them. There's not much of a market for SunOptions for rent. There was a recent renter on eBay who wanted upwards of $1700 for the rental of only 3000 points promising he could get them whatever... nary a bid. Heck you could buy them outright on eBay or at holidaygroup for less than that. I have found that most renters wait too late to get them anything good. So, the way to do it is to reserve a VERY POPULAR week and then post that for rental. You could buy the Reservation Protection Plan and get all your points back if it didn't rent.
