PI is on 192 near the intersection of 192 and 535 which is the road that GB and CP are off of, all the resorts are pretty close to each other.
Although I agree that CP is closer to restaurants, Tony Romas, Joes Crab Shack, Steak n Shake, Sizzler, etc. Grand Beach is nicer decor and easier to get on to I-4.
I personally like Grand Beach more
