I also got a call from DRI and I asked some of the same questions... like how could I bring in points I bought from someone other then DRI into what I now own and I was told that it was no longer possible,any way, shape or how.... I have asked this twice on the phone with different people at DRI home office, and once at one of the resorts, also by phone. All have told me that wasn't an option anymore. So I guess if we did buy more points, in any timeshare, I would need to contact Owner IN. and then purchase even more points in order to bring in any thing we might buy outside of DRI? One of the DRI folks said that even if we bought more points from them they could not include outside points. I think it might depend on who you talk to and how much you are willing to spend with them, and how the moon is hanging in the sky!

I was just told this week that I could buy more resale and as long as I buy another 2K pts from the sales center then they could convert it.

I realize that I could attempt this and fail but I would call my sales manager before I went through with the next purchase resale.
