Oh no - they may see that
Anything that is "free" at a timeshare, unless paid by sales, comes out of the owners pockets. It's called maintenance fee and its the only income a resort has (with maybe a few small streams from rental of services/space - but the majority is in straight fees from owner). There is no such thing as free at a timeshare and if one owner gets it they ALL should get it. Maintenance has to happen at some time and when it does someone is going to be inconvenienced. That's a shame but it isn't a reason other owners should have to pay them. Deal with it. In some cases whole resorts have been shutdown and fees still due. Such is ownership at a condo/timeshare development.
And don't give management any ideas for more special assessment excuses!
