  • Problems signing on at DRI site?

    Hey, anyone else having problems,(again!) signing on at the DRI site? Usually we get an email that the site will be down, but a few times in the last couple months the site just goes all buggy- at least when I try to sign in. And yes, I do know to use all caps. It sure makes it hard to do anything online with them... like use points, or pay them any thing.
    So, is it just me? I did try 2 computers last time, to lazy to get up and check if it is happening with the desk top.

    I have had no problems and have never used "all caps" ... sounds like it might be a problem on your end.

      Never have any problems signing on. Just did, and it worked well.

      I understand the log on name and password must be all caps, which was the instruction given a few years ago.

      Last minute availability still is very good.

        I don't use all CAPS. Haven't had any problems at all recently. Over the years I have had lots of problems and have NEVER received any warnings that their site would be down that I can remember. Their site is not optimized to all major browsers, works differently for me when using IE vs FireFox. I don't know what PB is looking at but last minute availability for more popular places is not good in my opinion.

          site works for me even on my pda fone (using both pocket internet explorer and operamini). also i never use caps for my username nor pwd. all lower cases for me

                The other one won't come up right now. I guess I will just call them when they open in several hours. I did not get to the computer to check after 8am yesterday. In the past we have gotten emails that told us when the site was going to have maintance. But this new thing is just buggy. Like I said it isn't just my laptop. No big, just wanted to check and see if I was the only one having the problem. And it looks like I was.
