When will Diamond Resorts be mailing out 2009 MF?

My Polo Tower MFs were available on-line several weeks ago.

It would not surprise me if most MF's are available online. However, it's up to the individual HOA's to determine the MF for that resort for next year. If they haven't submitted their budget or voted on it yet, it might not be there.

As mentioned Polo Towers has been posted and I received my hard copies at least a week ago. I have not heard anything from the remainder of my resorts, none of which are DRI affiliated. My Marriott MF's generally come out around November and the resorts I own in Branson come out in December with a due date in Febuary.

You don't have to pay them online to see them. You can look without paying. Just because you look online, it is not mandatory that you pay online or, for that matter, with a credit card. I haven't looked at how DRI's payment options are set up but some have the option for direct payment from your checking or savings account as a one time payment.

I always pay be credit card. That's 1000 FF miles for our next timeshare vacation.
“Maybe you shouldn't dress like that.”

“This is a blouse and skirt. I don't know what you're talking about.”

            “You shouldn't wear that body.”

              My thoughts exactly!

My maintenance for KBC - 8500 points, deeded, floating week is going to be $1,049.38. Just like everything else (food, gas, utilities, etc..) these increases are killing me!

Request for MF Analysis by an Expert!

Has anyone seen a bill for 2009, for maintenance on The Club?

I've seen complaints here and on TUG from owners at both Powhatan and Greensprings about 20 plus percent MF increases. I would be very interested to see a comparison of the percentage of MF increases.

Perhaps someone who owns multiple deeds at different Diamond resorts could show those percent increases and then contrast them with The Club's increase.

Many thanks to anyone who can provide this info!!!!!

I e-mailed the company about two weeks ago and they sent me an e-mail with the current billing. I am in the Club and the Trust. Here is the breakdown of this year's assessment:
                    ARDA contribution $5.00
                    2009 Cs1 Operational Fee $180.00 ($36.00 increase from 2008)
2009 Cs1 Fee per point (11,500 points) $1154.60 (slightly more than .10/point - roughly one cent more than last year)
                    2009 Club fees $235.00
                    Total bill for 2009 - $1574.60
The e-mail reports the statements are to be mailed shortly. Maybe we'll get them on Black Friday!!! MERRY CHRISTMAS FROM DRI!

THE Club's annual membership fee this year appears to be $235. Last year I think it was $155+70.

Reasons (supposedly) were to move to a less popular time so that more Club members who are owners could book (no longer clashes with Grand Illumination) and to have Powhatan's 'new' square one refurbishments ready for 'inspection' so owners can see where all the extra money they are going to be charged is going.

Are the Club Fees on the same invoice as the Maint Fees?.

I'm not certain about the trust but, Polo Towers splits Admin and Management fee's into two different expenses whereas all the other timeshares we own leave them as one item. Polo Towers admin/management fee's are approx 100% higher than even our Marriott timeshares. I find this absoluetly out of line with reality.
