UDI SV1 Question

If I purchase via resale 15K points in the UDI SV1 trust, will I be able to bank the 15,000 points and use them the next year like you could with sun options?

If your points are not in THE Club, my understanding is that they can not be banked/saved.

That would be a real bummer because the e-bay listing said that they could be banked/saved. Guess I've got a good case if I wanted to cancel out...

Seller has no idea, that Club and associated rules/benefits do not transfer.

Someone should start a buyer's brokerage with that in the name- truth in advertising at it's most basic level!

Now the seller has verbally confirmed that you can bank points within the Trust. Does anyone have a phone number to the departement of Diamond that would be able to answer this question?

This is what they sent when I inquired about another similar E-Bay listing they have:

"Thank you for the interest in my auction. I have confirmed the information show on the ad, and you can roll over the points to the following year. This is an option within the UDI SV1 Trust. Please let me know if you have any additional questions. "

Just wanted to follow up; I called Grand Beach and got a hold of a very nice lady who confirmed that you can bank/save your points from year to year in the UDI SV1 Trust. Of course those points are limited to the 19 trust resorts but at least you can bank those points which is important to us since we only bought enough points to use every other year.

Of course those points are limited to the 19 trust resorts but at least you can bank those points which is important to us since we only bought enough points to use every other year.
