Earn Diamond Select Reward Points Card?

I saw the Diamond Select Reward Points card advertised in the Diamond mailout we received recently. Does anybody know where I can go to find out what rewards are available and how many credit card points they take?

I think mine was just cancelled by Chase, because I hadn't used it, mainly because of lack of info.

Yes Winger, there is a toll free number in the magazine and on the Diamond website to sign up. I figured I could get additional info, but they are no longer accepting phone calls at that number. You have to sign up online, before getting the details! I prefer having my details up front...
