  • DRI.com performance pretty shot

    Looks like maybe heavy volume or something is causing dri.com to act very slow/strange...one min my acct info there, next min I get a screen with all the 'fluff' (eg. DRI logo, etc.) but no personal data

      Uh Oh! Every time they "improve" my experience they lighten my wallet. Sort of like how they "enhanced" THE Club membership by tossing in Interval Gold membership but increased the fee's more than the cost of Interval Gold. I'm not sure I can afford many more improvements that I don't want or need.

        AMEN. Just leave what we had, get rid of the useless Interval Gold and keep the fees steady. Please!

            Geeze - don't complain or we're likely to get another $50-$75 unfair, mid-year surcharge for "requested performance updates on the DRI website"!

            Lay low and wait it out and hope the billing system is broken too so they can't generate more bogus fees.

              You're not kidding! They don't need any more reasons to raise the fees! There's a press release on the main page of the website that says the call center is experiencing heavy volume due to problems with one of their providers. Good luck to anyone trying to get through. In the past, it's taken quite a long time to get through on a "normal" day.

                on top of the website, their inbound service (at least the option that gets you to the make-a-pmt section) was pretty useless this morning also. thank god i was able experience enough good-quality fone time to give the guy my phone # so he could call me back (with his cell phone?).

                    No problems yesterday or today for me. I could be you are getting timed out due to a slow connection from your location.

                      The one thing I have been able to do is check my account online. Yesterday, the accounts screen looked different but, I could still see (and pay on) my account. Of course it still shows a past due amount of $700 that is not past due. That part hasn't changed either.

                        Sorry, I have to make a correction. I am happy to report that my account no longer shows a past due balance as of this morning. No issues logging on and the accounts page looks the same as it had before yesterday.

                          looks fine this morning. maybe it was a combination of changing over to new web content and possibly heavier-than-normal web traffic (due to MF's due-how many ppl's accts seem incorrect???, ppl planning vacations for the new yr, etc.).

                          Doug. glad your m/f credit finally came thru. i thought you were going to suffer a seisure over this eventually from the way you were beating on this. maybe good to write to dri's highr ups to let them know how long it's taken - seems like you have exact dates to give them. it will help all members if you did this (assuming something comes of the info you provide them).
