DRI M/F Statement, What is "Xprepaid Credit System Use" ?

I am looking at a Diamond-generated Maintenance Fee statement. On one of the lines, on the Debit column (what I owe), there is a line called:

Xprepaid Credit System Use $614.90

What is this? It is more than my annual M/F (I own a deeded week at Polo Towers)

DRI Prepay

I believe that is the what you can prepay monthly for the 2010 season, 614.90 divided x12. Any moneys owed will be billed in the 2010 mf billing.

but it shows as part of the total due 1/1/2009

I found out...in my case this line item is 2008's M/F. No sense to this.
