    OK, so all fees are due 1/1/2009 (like once the sun goes down in a few hours!) and my DRI.com statements are still not all there? Pretty pathetic if you asked me.

    Examples:
    1) Of the three deeds I own, only one's invoice shows up (invoice date Sept 2008). MISSING two invoices (batting average .333, well that is damn good, IF we are talking baseball).

    2) Club Due - yes amount of $235 shows, but the invoice from May 2008 of the surprise special assessment still is the only one showing. (Ok, batting average is 1 out of 2, that's a .500 batting average, sorry again this is not baseball - I really am waiting for Spring Break !!!).

    Anyone have all of their current statements online???

    I opted for paper statements so only see totals on line. The paper bill only came for the US Collection Points I own and nothing ever arrived for the four deeded properities I own ... and, with the deeded ones they could only read me out the invoice over the phone as for some reason the system would not let the CS representative email me a copy. This is a repeat of last years experience for me except last year I blamed it on the fact I was a new account.

      Winger I was thinking the same thing last night when I was paying my MF. Like you, I only have one statement posted for two properties under DRI's eStatement Summary page. The one statement was dated 10/11/08 which I also received an email for this statement close to this date. But the other property is last year’s statement plus the Club statement is out of date also. I never received any email statements for the other property or the Club dues.

      You would think there would be some consistency.

        Does your one statement include MF's for both your properties?

        My one MF invoice includes the amt due for only one of my three units. Unfortunately, amts on each unit is different due to a variety of reasons (prepaid, partial paid, SA, etc.) so it is important a person like myself have each invoice in hand.

          The MF's included on the statement were only for that single property. So happens that this statement was for the first property (both of my properties are at the same resort) that I had purchased. It was for a fixed week property (week 47) while the other property is not.

            All of my statements are online but, I have spent a great deal of time over the last 6 months either conversing with them via E-mail or on the phone. IMHO, it shouldn't be this difficult for a company who's slogan is simplicity.

            The only issue I'm having is the $700 credit for exchanging points for MF's, which I made the first week of November. When I spoke with the rep on the phone, he said it would take 4 to 6 weeks to be credited. I pointed out it has been over 6 weeks and it still wasn't showing as credited. I was concerned about being hit with a late fee. He looked at the account and then told me I would not be charged a late fee. I haven't looked today but, as of last night, the $700 was still showing as due. I'm really hoping this is just a glitch in the system and I don't have to fight it out with them.....again......over an error in billing.

              so with it now Jan 1st, now many pissed off owners/members will DRI have ONLY b/c they could not get their website's act together or (HOA's) they having issues sending out invoices? Come to think of it, I have not received my Polo invoice for this being the third year now in about five, at least. I have to call in each time to ask for the amt I owe!
