    DRI has bad customer service

    These things are not random incidents. Since Diamond took over Sunterra, their customer service has gone way down hill. Actually, it's not just about customer services. I feel they are intentionally trying to rip people off with extra fees, charges, penalties. Try calling their customer service line and the agents seem to go out of their way to give you lame excuses as to why they are charging for unfair fees.

      Please Understand

      It is important that you understand that the problem I had was not the amount of the fees. It was the fact that the fees were supposed to be paid. Once that was taken care of, I had no problem. I own Marriott and with the same amount of maintenance fees I can stay on holiday a whole lot longer with DRI than I could with Marriott.

      I like the fact that the problem was handled. No, I wish I did not go through it but I am fine with it since it was resolved.
