Just Double Checking Policy For Floating Use At Polo Towers

I figured that I should double check what I was told. I own a fixed week at Polo Towers. I won't be able to use my fixed week, but I am allowed to use it as a floating week later in the year.

I called Polo Towers to make sure I did what I needed to do in order to use it like this. I was told that I did not need to do anything; as long as my fixed week came and went without my making a reservation to use it, I could later book any week within 59 days of use. Is that right, or did she omit telling me something important?

lol sorry hoc but owned over 13 yrs there (fixed week) but we never used our actual week, always exchanged-though we did exchanged back to it once or twice.

that 59 days does sound right from what the reservation ppl at polo informed me.

btw when u go there, inquire about the latest outbreak of legionaires and what impact is to owners (cost-wise) since this issue occurred before and owners paid hefty special assessments to fix it then.

That is true.
You should be able to use your week this year or next year making your reservation in 59 days or less as long as they have availability and they normally do.
