The annual meeting of the Villas de Santa Fe Condominium Association, Inc., was held on March 14, 2009. At the meeting, Troy Magdos was elected to the Board of Directors and Marilyn Windsor was re-elected.

Both are DRI employees.

I find this interesting in that Troy has been president of the BOD at Polo Towers since we've owned there. I'm wondering if he's going to be a multiple property man or if he's moving on from Polo Towers to a new resort.

DRI has their cast which includes MW and TM, they are on the BODs for multiple resorts as are other DRI employees. This is as you would expect.

Is this a sold out resort? What percentage of weeks are owned by timesharers as opposed to DRI? Developer or management control of the HOA BOD is one of the worst calamities that could befall a timeshare resort.
