That's really a good deal. I think there must be a lot of unused inventory. If you do a search of availability for May and June, quite a number of units from studios to 4 BRs come up.

You'd think that would make it tougher on their sales team to convince people to buy rather than rent. On one hand, it brings money in and bodies past the sales table but, on the other hand, it's inexpensive enough that those prospects have a solid objection to spending thousand up front and hundreds each year on escalating MF's.
