They were going to look into it and make sure no one else is told this, if a unit is available for an upgrade.
    Great! It is nice that it was resolved but still disappointing that something that doesn't exist as a rule gets quoted to you by a Customer Service Representative. it just doesn't make sense. It'd be nice if they tracked down the 'problem' and responded to you with the explanation and rectification.
