I have owned for one year and learned a lot that of course I was never told that the sales pitch. In addition, I am tired of calling DRI and knowing more then the drone who I get on the phone. Ask to talk to a supervisor.....Good luck, just another Drone with another phone number to give you. Last week, I finally got up the ladder to Patrick Duffy at headquarters who is apparently in charge if customer relations. He could not even answer all my questions about a resale transfer. This company appears to have changed ownership, admininstration, and policies to the point that they can't keep anything straight or consistant. If it sells again, I can't imagine the chaos. I think it is time that the owners stand up, demand better, and refuse to buy anything else (like the Club) until customer becomes #1 again. No taxation without representation. Thanks for letting me vent....Take care everyone.

I can but I would bet that I will simply talk to someone who we as owners has paid for their training on "How to divert the owner with smoke and mirrors" training. I am simply tired of DRI and their inconsistant procedures. This is the problem with a points based system, you don't control it, they make the rules and change the rules as they see fit. Then when confronted on it, they simply deny it, get out the smoke, and then mirrors. It is simply a matter of honesty and ethics. For example, last week I inquired about resale points entering the club and was told $2995 or purchase 2k points. Well, today I ask again just to make sure before I possibly buy. Ta Da... I am told I have to by 2k points and this is only good until 6/1/09 when it will go up to 4k for everyone. The $2995 now is out of the picture (or hidden in the smoke). Sure enough, after review with a supervisor and some complaining, the $2995 suddenly reappears from the smoke. Why not just be up front the first time. I just don't get it.......wait, I do, the solution is to take my business elsewhere, I do have control of that.
