  • Now Announcing New Payment Features

    Dear Valued Owners and Members,

We are pleased to announce a new payment feature allowing you the flexibility to schedule mortgage, HOA, or Club payments as an electronic debit. This new functionality will allow you to schedule a payment for the due date of the invoice or pay installments toward next year's assessment fees. This has been developed as a direct result of feedback from our members and owners requesting a more flexible way to pay their fees other than by credit card, and allowing them to spread payments throughout the year.

Starting from today, you will be able to schedule an electronic debit from a personal checking, savings, or business checking account that deducts an amount you determine that will be credited against your assessment fees for 2010 on a date that you decide. Remember, payments made from your checking account save money for your HOA as these do not incur the fees that credit cards do.

This facility can also be used to make convenient one-time payments via electronic debit for your monthly mortgage payment.

To find out more and set up your payment schedule now, please click here.

I heard a rumor that Diamond was adding a new feature were they directly charge your credit card every month and they give you nothing in return. Many view that as a very valuable feature since it's more than they offer them today.

Credit card payments are not available with this new feature. Only debits from you checking or savings account. It does not appear to be set up so that it will make an automatic payment each month. From what I looked at, and I really didn't look that closely, you'll have to make a seperate entry for each payment. It looks like you can set each payment date so I would assume you could list out 12 seperate payments but, each will have to be entered individually.
