  • Now Announcing New Payment Features

    Dear Valued Owners and Members,

    We are pleased to announce a new payment feature allowing you the flexibility to schedule mortgage and HOA payments as well as payments of fees for THE Club® as an electronic debit. This new functionality will allow you to schedule a payment for the due date of the invoice or pay installments toward next year's assessment fees. This has been developed as a direct result of feedback from our members and owners requesting a more flexible way to pay their fees other than by credit card, and allowing them to spread payments throughout the year.

    Starting from today, you will be able to schedule an electronic debit from a personal checking, savings or business checking account that deducts an amount you determine that will be credited against your assessment fees for 2010 on a date that you decide. Remember, payments made from your checking account save money for your HOA as these do not incur the fees that credit cards do.

    This facility can also be used to make convenient one-time payments via electronic debit for your monthly mortgage payment.
