Heck, if you're worrying about a company that is sinister, nobody even approaches Westgate, which drove the Timeshare Beat out of business. But even with Westgate, I wouldn't automatically assume that their readings of posts here about Westgate are done with sinister intent, i.e., with the intent to find people to intimidate. But I sure wouldn't be surprised if Westgate didn't intimidate if they did find something that someone posted to be too objectionable and worth the stink it would create.
